I just saw it thisevening actually. I thought it made some good points, some twisted truth, some humor, some really sad, and graphic things. I'm in a committed relationship with a man currently overseas, though not in iraq,.....and Moore's segment in the begining on how Bush played with our emotions and used them to our advantage, i saw repeated by Moore at the end..at least it seemed so to me. I understand that others may have taken it differently. With the mother who lost her son, my gosh, i cried. I honestly cried, like, what if my bf wet to Iraq? Really bothered me for a bit. And with the gov't letter that was released about Bush serving in the military and the name that was whited out....if that letter reallly was released to the public in regards to Bush....if they had left the other name audible, wouldn't that be invasion of privacy? I may be entirely wrong, but that was the 1st thought that came to my mind. I did find the section on Saudia Arabia and the oil companys interesting, I had never heard that before. For all of you who haven't seen it, I suggest that you go with an open mind. Be open to possible factual information, but also be open to the possibility of 1/2 truths. He simpley presents his oppinion, and added nothing to contradict it. and everyone has different oppinions. I can give you 110 reasons why care-bears are better then smurfs, if i prefered care bears, but I could come up with just as many reasons to contradict them if i loved smurfs......see where i'm getting at?
