Names, places, number of survivors, etc and so on show clear fabrication and/or mockery.

I know your tendency to blame scientist for all ills, but the Y2K date problem was brought up as an issue by programmers, not scientist. Programmers came up with the fix, and than the IT Department put it into place. I was very busy during that time going from computer to computer installing the patch. Scientist were not in the picture.

Because miracles, by their nature, cannot be studied in any way, and thus are useless as far as science is concerned. Miracles can be used to explain away everything and hence can explain nothing.

Identifying a problem, even if it turns out to be nothing, and finding a way to solve said problem is a lot different than 'starting a fire then putting it out'.
