I dislike Facebook. It's one big popularity contest. Then if you ever get a girlfriend, and she becomes an ex, she will contact everyone on your friends list about you.

Facebook is a social platform full of rubbish.
When Facebook first came out it was great; people spoke online, had fun and it was a useful tool.
Unfortunately nowadays, Facebook is full of hate, lies and even porn which I am shocked about.
I hardly every use it now and I think it invites ill behaviour.

Pretty much the only reason I go on FB now is to check in on extended family and some old friends...also read some political articles that have been posted...but I've got over half my friends on ignore now because all they do is start drama...it used to be a lot better than it is now.

Just delete it. If family & friends care about you, then they'll get over it.
There many other ways you can get in contact. One being the phone. When you actually dial numbers and have a conversation.

I have never been a fan of Facebook and I am glad I stayed away from it. Life is so much better without it and checking your Facebook every 5 minutes like some people I know do.

I supposeits the friends you hangout with.
If they posting rubbish just unfollow them...but then that kind of thing happens on forums too i have had to ignore lots of people.

If they REALLY want to contact you theres email or txt or phone or even letter.

Yup. Your true friends will contact you by txt/phone/email rather than on Facebook.
