the time change makes me tired to. I'm really not looking forward to winter this year,it gets sooo cold! I think I will take a painting class this winter, maybe water color does anyone else paint?

I paint some, I use acrylics. I tried water color but was too hard for me. I, like Abiel draw some too. I'm much better at the painting, I'll have to post something that I've done.

I hope you don't think me a weirdo. But, everytime you post, I find something similar that I indentify with. (I'm sorry if that seems creepy. I don't mean it to. )

My Mom kept my hair in a pixie too! My Mom had, still has, really long, thick, strong, shiney, naturally blonde hair. I guess, it's how just about every woman wore their hair in the 60's...straight and long. And I always felt like my hair cut wasn't fair. Why did she get to have girls hair and I didn't? My hair is really wavy and fine. She tells me, It was her way of making it look neat and kempt. Because the style was straight, not wavy or curly.

Do you still have short hair Cookieboo?

My mom told me she kept my hair short because I used to get huge knots in it when it was longer and it was a nightmare trying to get them out. My hair now is a little longer than shoulder length....My husband likes it longer and I do too!

worldwatcher...I don't paint. But, I am married to a professional artist. We were just talking about my taking classes, yesterday. I'll probably wait until my kids aren't so needy. Right now...I can't shift my focus. (although...I really wish I could sometimes. )

I used to be into art as a child. Was tested for aptitude through school, and found that art would best suit me as an avocation as an adult. But, some authority figure in my youth told me that being an artist is a no-where job, that I couldn't make a living at. And I believed them.( I used to beleive everything people in authority told me. ) So, I didn't persue it.

That authority figure in my youth was sort of an idiot. Because, My husband supports a family of 5 and a mortgage as an artist.

I used to work for Carter Sexton Art Supply in North Hollywood, Ca. It's the oldest art supply in California. It's famous among the art community. It's where I met my husband. A lot of celebs. shop there. I could tell you some interesting stories.

Yah, that's a plate of sushi I love sushi - My husband and I make it all the time. It was hard to learn just the right amount of pressure to use when rolling it up, but it is really fun to make and you can get quite creative in the ingredients you use. What kind of sushi is your favorite BT? Mine are California rolls.
