Expired food/Safe to eat?

You can eat anything no matter what the expiration date is. Sour milk, rotten meat, anything. Just be sure you are near a hospital when you do, thats all.

It actually had not started to stink the fridge up yet. I usually get the milk in the carton, and I very rarley ever use it, so its easily forgoten....

but then you have that mystery mold stuff that grows in there from time to time.....

Those are really good links. I want to save them in my favorites so they will be there for reference. I have way too much in "my favorites" already. Is there a way to divide them into sections?

oh my, yes. you can manage your bookmarks and organize them into folders. depending on your web browser go to "Favorites" at the top and click "organize favorites" or go to "Bookmarks" and then "organize bookmarks"... spend a big chunk of time making folders and sub folders for your bookmarks.

Milk and meat usually don't last to long here. I go though a gallon of milk in less than 2 week. I buy meat that is get close to the don't sell date at the store at an discount. I have never had a problem with food. I freeze the meat as soon as possible.

I often have friends call me up after a party and ask if I got sick form eat such in such the answer is no. Then they tell me that they been up all night with the back yard runs.

In date or if it is even a day old if it

You would be just fine, I live right next door the Emergency entrance of the Hospital. You may not care for the cardboard box I live in though, not to mention the traffic and sirens.
