Expanded world regions section

Dear CF moderators,
I am writing to ask that you expand the "World regions" section of your site. I think you should try to include every nation this section, in order that the whole Christian world can come to CF and fellowship here.

We had more nations and areas but they were rarely posted in so they were removed.
