Why don't Protestants (particularly of the evangelical and mainline variety) practice exorcism?

In the Bible, Jesus exorcised demons from people. I know none of us are Jesus, but wouldn't ministers have the ability to perform exorcisms?

I see exorcism as a spiritual gift like speaking in tongues or healing, so depending on one's view, it could have ceased?

Thoughts?
