With a personal trainer: Cardio - Exercise Bike. Strength training - Seated Chest Press, Wide Grip Pulldown, Seated Shoulder Press, Seated Arm Curl, Seated Tricep Extension, Seated Leg Press, Seated Leg Curl, Seated Leg Extension, Horizontal Calf Raise.
Is that all in one session or just for the day?
My shoulders and back are sore today - but legs, not so much. I did sort of a wimpy squat workout.
On the schedule for today: Nada for exercise except a brisk walk later on.
