Oh, exercise.

Took the dog out for a 30 minute jog-walk. Nothing else. Too many visitors to justify doing any proper exercise.

That sounds nice! :)
Nothing yet.. but need to get on it.. maybe a 30 minute walk later when the littles are down for a nap :)

Yeah, I haven't really done anything yet (besides a little lifting when doing chores). That sounds good! I am planning on jogging sometime today.

I usually don't exercise on the weekends unless we do fun biking, swimming or something. That said I should try to get in some strength training since I bailed on Friday. Tomorrow I will start with a run.

Today I finished 93 miles in my 200 mile challenge. I have until end of September. I don't know if I will make it but honestly I never thought i could even come close to running 100 miles. But I'm almost at the half way mark and I'm so proud of myself. With all the stuff that has gone wrong with my body the last few months, I've pushed through and did it. I can't even tell you how great I feel when all the stress just comes off out of me. Its the best feeling!
Plus my body is changing. I'm getting stronger physically and I love it!!!

Oh and the people who walk! You can burn up to 250 calories by walking 1.5 hours in the in a slow pace. Thats is awesome. Walking is so good for you. I go to the store just to walk around! I also love going to walks with my mom, which is good for her. At least three or four times a week after work. If I can't go she goes with my dad.

You are right, walking is so beautiful and I always get the best conversation or thinking while walking.

But for me regarding the calories, I am afraid if I loose any more =(

Wow that is a lot of miles! ! ! ! Good for you! ! ! Exercising really does make you feel better about yourself. :D

I am underweight (I am working on that by eating healthy :D) and I need muscles... very badly.
I have had trouble with being too close to underweight also. I don't think I need to worry right now though, but at least I have never had trouble with my weight. I need gain some more muscles too. ^_^

Yesterday I did some pilates, free weight exercises, and a little yoga.
That is good! :thumbsup:

I have been trying to go our for a jog every single day and do other exercises as well (bridges, pullups, pushups etc). I haven't done anything yet today, but I plan on it. :)

To gain muscle you should start lifting weights. You can get 10 lbs weights and start from there at home. Do 15 reps 3 sets. And eat more protein. You will see a huge difference in a month.


I had a good workout yesterday and today.
On monday we went out to eat and it took so long for my body to digest the food. I think my stomach is getting used to eating less more often in the day and better food choices then heavy meals. When I worked out yesterday I felt so much better. I guess next time we go out I have to watch what I order or at least eat half. I did eat half on monday but it was still too heavy. So, figuring out what to order that wont make me feel sick after eating. Actually, this time I pick the restaurant.

I do 4 sets of dumbbell curls(20 reps each set), hammer curls, pushups (15) and two other arm workouts i don't know the name of but one works the shoulder and the other works the sides of the biceps...somethin like that lol. then on leg day i do 3 sets of jumping squats(25) with dumbbells....and two other leg workouts i don't know the name of either. I was very consistent especially this summer....until couple of weeks ago my girl and i broke up....yeahhh working out was the last thing on my mind. Ima get back on it though. At least during that tough time my spiritual intimacy with Christ grow BIG. Better workout than anything if u ask me.
