Post what you have done today for exercise!

Oh, exercise.
Took the dog out for a 30 minute jog-walk. Nothing else. Too many visitors to justify doing any proper exercise.
Nothing yet.. but need to get on it.. maybe a 30 minute walk later when the littles are down for a nap![]()
Oh and the people who walk! You can burn up to 250 calories by walking 1.5 hours in the in a slow pace. Thats is awesome. Walking is so good for you. I go to the store just to walk around! I also love going to walks with my mom, which is good for her. At least three or four times a week after work. If I can't go she goes with my dad.
You are right, walking is so beautiful and I always get the best conversation or thinking while walking.
But for me regarding the calories, I am afraid if I loose any more =(
Today I finished 93 miles in my 200 mile challenge. I have until end of September. I don't know if I will make it but honestly I never thought i could even come close to running 100 miles. But I'm almost at the half way mark and I'm so proud of myself. With all the stuff that has gone wrong with my body the last few months, I've pushed through and did it. I can't even tell you how great I feel when all the stress just comes off out of me. Its the best feeling!
Plus my body is changing. I'm getting stronger physically and I love it!!!
Are you underweight? or want to gain muscle?
I have had trouble with being too close to underweight also. I don't think I need to worry right now though, but at least I have never had trouble with my weight. I need gain some more muscles too.I am underweight (I am working on that by eating healthy) and I need muscles... very badly.
