In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

Has anyone else been exercising during their pregnancy?

I have been walking about 3-4 miles a day, 3 days a week at school. Now that classes are getting ready to end, I'm going to start going to the gym more often with my husband. I'm going tonight and will walk for an hour. I just love walking...I feel so energized afterwards, and I sleep better!

I want to start doing squats more to prepare for birth, but I've been slacking on those.

Good for you.... I have not been exercising beyond what I do in my day to day activities... its so cold, and I hate cold. So I need to do something inside. I'm going to call and get information about prenatal water aerobics to start after finals so hopefully that will work out, and that will be twice a week. I thought about an exercise video, but I've been too poor to buy one. I have started squatting and tailor sitting and tailor stretching in preparation for labor/delivery... I am glad to see I am pretty flexible with those so its going well.
