Republican presidential candidate Ben Carson is warning rival Ted Cruz that he must hold his campaign staff accountable for suggesting the retired neurosurgeon was dropping out of the 2016 race.
What do you suggest as appropriate punishment?http://thehill.com/blogs/ballot-box...son-cruz-staff-must-be-punished-for-deceptive
Cruz needs to address the devious act by his staff and take action, instead of blaming CNN without verifying the validity of the tweet.
Did you mean to say "Carson" there and not Cruz was dropping from the race?Always blame somebody else. That is the party or responsibility we have come to know and....
Shameless on the Cruz campaign, and CNN still never said that Cruz was dropping from the race.
Yes. Sorry. I am on Carson's side regarding this scandal. Cruz needs to take responsibility for his staff's actions instead of trying to deny then blame others.Did you mean to say "Carson" there and not Cruz was dropping from the race?
I would hope so. But that he plays the God card and then acts like the devil is hopefully something that will reach religious voters.Yes. Sorry. I am on Carson's side regarding this scandal. Cruz needs to take responsibility for his staff's actions instead of trying to deny then blame others.
Shouldn't we expect more honesty from a man who claims that God has told him to run for President?
So who's a better candidate than Ted Cruz?I would hope so. But that he plays the God card and then acts like the devil is hopefully something that will reach religious voters.
What's that scripture? By their fruits you shall know them?
Carson didn't abandon the campaign trail. That is a lie the Cruz campaign promoted. So who's a better candidate than Ted Cruz?
Is it Trump, the chaos candidate? Nope.
Is it Rubio, the dirty campaigner? Nope.
Is it Carson, who abandoned the campaign trail? Nope.
Is it Bush, who apparently feels entitlement because of birth? Nope.
It's also contrary to Christian teachings.I always love the justification attempt by claiming that others also do it. This shows a lack of responsibility for one's actions....
He did. That's why CNN expressed great surprise prior to the Iowa caucuses. Something about not being anything a serious candidate does ...Carson didn't abandon the campaign trail. That is a lie the Cruz campaign promoted.
Since all the evidence points to dishonesty and unethical behavior, it is now up to Ted Cruz to show whether he is a man of integrity. Ideally, he should simply step down and acknowledge that he is not fit to be President. Not very Christian-like from the evangelical's choice Ted Cruz. Perhaps somebody can pray for the Cruz campaign to heal from their dishonest practices and for Ted Cruz not to cover for his staff.
He did. That's why CNN expressed great surprise prior to the Iowa caucuses. Something about not being anything a serious candidate does ...
Hopefully honest voters will realize that whether Cruz steps down or not. I don't think he has the integrity to step down or admit his wrongs.Since all the evidence points to dishonesty and unethical behavior, it is now up to Ted Cruz to show whether he is a man of integrity. LOL, Cruz should now step down?Hopefully honest voters will realize that whether Cruz steps down or not. I don't think he has the integrity to step down or admit his wrongs.
It's actually not an LOL matter.LOL, Cruz should now step down?
My, that was quick escalation.
Help me out here, Blondepudding. Moments ago, you said this ...It's actually not an LOL matter.
What escalated quickly was Cruz first claimed he sought God's council before he decided to run. And since taking that council and running for the highest office in American government he has demonstrated himself incapable of upholding God's moral law; thou shalt not bear false witness. And if that command extends to false statements of any kind, he's demonstrated that as well.
What I find inconsistent in your argument here is you defend a man that can be proven to have lied in his campaign pursuits. While in the Somali airliner suicide bomber thread you take issue with a member who refuses to acknowledge the truth as pertains to that suicide bombers actions.
Yet here you act as judge, jury and executioner by declaring that Ted Cruz should step down? And yet when that's the case but they invoke justice and the American law presumption of innocent until proven guilty, what's that?
You failed to dodge my question by demonstrating you didn't read my post correctly. And I think you know that you misrepresented the context of what I said in order to dodge the question.Help me out here, Blondepudding. Moments ago, you said this ...
Yet here you act as judge, jury and executioner by declaring that Ted Cruz should step down?
One is struck by the apparent hypocrisy of your contradictory statements.
