Excessive Wide Pages

Pages are over four pages wide. And to use the right hand side buttons, I have to click on the "slide bar" at the bottom of page, and slide it fully from left to right, over four pages wide, to click the "quote" button.

And when I want to "post reply", the page comes up, then I have click the "slide bar", and slide it fully from left to right to find the "reply box" to enter my posting.

Can this fixed?

Couple of questions... I know on post 23 it has allot of smilies with no spaces and it can cause the page to skew way out to the right like it is.

So my question is how many post per page do you see?
