He is right about them being bird tracks. The fact is that the original Triassic date for the strata was found to be in error.

This particular stratum was found in the midst of the Andes. Orogeny often results in thrust faults and they can lead to errors in dating. Further investigation showed that that is not a Triassic stratum. I don't have the sources on me right now, but they did appear earlier in this discussion.

Because to have fossilization occur in animals we would need the present nature generally. The nature actually existing did not allow man or animals to be fossilized for the most part apparently.

Poor excuse, no reason or logic means by which physics could prevent analogous tissues of one species from being fossilized and yet allow others to be fossilized. We aren't so physically different from other creatures for any prior state to make that distinction, and it would be absolutely deceptive for god to purposely facilitate or allow satan etc to facilitate such an event

Regardless of reasons, that seems to be the facts on the ground....we just are not in the fossil record early on, in the former state.

And there is the root of the problem, you assume your belief to be true, you assume the bible to be the literal word of a deity, you assume that it has remained unaltered enough for the message to be retained that clearly. Assuming a position is correct is to basically show you don't belong in the field of science. I don't assume a same state past, I observe all the evidence points to that being the case, and no evidence exists to the contrary. If you are unwilling to ever consider the possibility you might be wrong, science is not the subject for you.
