I don't think any parts are missing, actually.

There were never there in the first place.

But since evolution proves a negative, I was using playing Devil's advocate.

Meaning you disagree?

So as usual you have nothing.

AV why do you even waste your time here? Seriously you are convincing more people that evolution is the answer than most people that support the theory here.

And what is your evidence for this claim? I hope you don't claim that the Gospels were written by the people they were name for. Biblical scholars are fairly sure that that is not the case.
As I said, criminals would be safe if evolutionists were employed as bounty hunters (or detectives).

That is correct.

In a discussion on evolution's gaps (a.k.a., missing links), I have what they have: nothing.
AV why do you even waste your time here?
It keeps me off the street.

True story:

Just today I went and got some doughnuts and out of the blue a guy asks me, "Are you alright?"

That made my day.

I have a feeling that was an emotional response.

Now that is just utter ignorance on your part. Again, you can't make any arguments that support your side. You are probably converting people away from your religion. What are you doing here?

You say a lot of things, most of them without much thought. But from what you've just said it would appear you have a low opinion of bible scholars, which is odd.

I suppose he could see that the lights were on but nobody was at home. And there are no "gaps" to speak of. Your artificial demands are meaningless. We have more than enough evidence to show that your ideas are wrong. And it is hypocritical of you to say that there are "gaps" in the theory of evolution when you have no reliable evidence at all.

Utter ignorance, or ignorance uttered?
Again, you can't make any arguments that support your side.

Do I ever?
You are probably converting people away from your religion.
We'll see.

And if you don't get in the program, you won't.
What are you doing here?

Fulfilling the Great Commission?

Going out into the [Internet] highways and compelling others to join us?

Was there something unusual about your manner or were you just suffering from doughnut withdrawals?

Actually, Asaph wrote it.

Actually, that's just an attribution, it is not definite.

"Scholars have determined that a psalm's attribution to Asaph can mean a variety of things. It could mean that the psalms were a part of a collection from the Asaphites, a name commonly used to identify temple singers. Another possibility is that the psalms were performed in the style or tradition of the guild bearing Asaph's name. Asaph himself is said to either be the author or the transcriber."

Three years posting here and you're just picking up on that?
People think I'm so dead-set against scientists here, and I'll go overboard to make a point: I'll kiss the feet of a scientist before I kiss the feet of a theologian anyday.

You imagine they are all "evolutionists" do you? Well, come to think of it, most normal people have no quarrel with evolution, so I suppose there's a good chance of most of them accepting the theory. A better question would be: do you imagine they are all atheists?

I'm familiar with the rhetoric.

There are no gaps, because they are filled in with lines.

Lines -- as in connect-the-dots.

Actually I was so engrossed in getting back to my car, I ran right into the guy.

Oh, oh ... Arab phone warning!

No, I kinda imagine them as Bible scholars.

Wasn't that the term you used when you asked me?
