Is the purpose of the experiment on the comparison of A and B?

Why this reluctance to read the article? You would be in a better position to ask relevant questions if you read it.

Look at the thread title. Is it about something compared, or something observed?

Juve, read the article. If you don't understand something specific then you can ask questions to get some clarity.

Trying to short circuit the content based on some pseudo logic derived from what you suspect the article contains is a waste of your, and everyone else's time.

What did I ask wrong? Do you understand the article?

I dont understand the terminology in the article. So I only try to read the logic of it.
What am I wrong? Correct what I said. If it is an experiment not about comparison, then what it is?

Specifics, Juvenissun. You "A" and "B" logic was so vague that it was of no use in communication.

It's an article about how a population single celled organisms under the pressure of predation thrived when a new trait that allowed them to operate as a multicelled colony organism.

Do you understand, now?

In that case, the single cell is B and the pseudo-multicell is A. Why is it so hard to see in my question?
When compare A with B, A is better than B, so [conclusion]: A is evolved from B.

Am I right (from my post #1)?

But that wasn't in any way clear from your initial posts. And now that you are comfortable, can you present anything useful with your A and B labels?

No. [observation]: A evolved from B during the experiment.

Here'e the summation paragraph from the introduction.

In this study, we present experiments

Intelligently designed experiments? Hmmm.... Sounds like another pro-ID paper.*

These experiments have been around for awhile. This one, while all fine and good, doesn't prove much. Even water forms multi-molecular structures when it freezes. Animals then come along and drink the unfrozen water, but leave the ice behind. Do we say, then, that water evolved?
Insightful and incisive commentary.
I find your claims intriguing and would like to subscribe to your newsletter.

its not realy new:

https://evolutionnews.org/2016/04/the_evolution_o/

also from your article:

"The ability of wild-type C. reinhardtii to form palmelloids suggests that the founding population in our experiment already possessed a toolkit for producing multicellular structures"
