It's usually called "creation week", which in modern parlance could include a "day off". Recall the wording; "Six days shall ye labor, but the seventh is holy to the Lord." So the seventh day is included in the creation week although no work was done (except the 'creation' of the Sabbath). Recall that the Sabbath "was made" for man and is thus part of creation week.
