Evolution is not science, its a religion

I tryto show that Christians are not anti-science, that not all Christians believe that the Bible is a good history or science book. That Christianity is not about the literal interpretations of the Bible, but is faith in God and Jesus, not bible idolatry. I try to show the world that not all Christians have a stick up their... well... I try to show people that you can question and still believe, that dogma does not equal truth.

But of course I have to spend most of my time here defending myself from fellow Christians. I have been labled as a non-believer when I try to point out that some of the arguments used are illsuited at best lies at worst. Very few of the non-believers here are stupid, and the tired old and wrong arguments used over and over again are making Christianity and God both look bad. But I grow tired of the fights, it truely have, the best advice I have gotten from fellow Christians lately is to shut up and sit down even if I know what they are saying is wrong. I cannot accept this, but maybe they do have a point. And that point is what I fear most, that Christianity has given up on seeking truth, and if that is the case, then I can no longer be concidered a Christian by their standards.

Or just call your fellow Christians liars and then claim you are persecuted.

"Their standards" are the operative words here. They are a vocal minority and maybe their standards are wrong. Please don't let someone else determine your Christianity, Lewis.
