But "having value to humans" is not exactly a specific trend in evolution.
The majority of life by diversity, number and biomass are not very intelligent.See a wider picture and longer history, you will see the trend.
So they still follow Po's law here even though Po does not want us to know who he is?It's hard to know who's parodying who on this thread so far.
Darwin studied William Paley's Evidences of Christianity, becoming so delighted with Paley's logic that he learnt it well. (wiki)am I to conclude that Darwin was a phony-Christian?
Nathan Poe still posts here regularly. So they still follow Po's law here even though Po does not want us to know who he is?
Did you understand my last post? Quality of what?Is there a "quality" difference between you and a monkey?
You may say no. Then I will shut up.
Which may well not be due to evolution.
The majority of life by diversity, number and biomass are not very intelligent.
Maybe you can be more specific?
Did you understand my last post? Quality of what?
If that is the case why can't you mention even one of these supposed holes. And a friendly reminder, your inability to understand the theory of evolution does not mean that that is a hole.
Based on the mountains of evidence; false.
Quality of YOU, in contrast to that of monkey.
Do you know what is the quality difference between you and a monkey. If you don't, then I have nothing else to say to you.
ROFLMAO! You can believe that nonsense if you want, but you are going to have a hard time convincing anybody who actually understands the theory of evolution that they have to believe it.Agree. Intelligence of extinct animals is hard to evaluate. But we could get an idea by looking at the level of intelligence of current animals.
And, good point, it is harder to describe the trend of evolution. I am not a biologist. Even I can see and feel the trend, I am not able to describe it precisely, even correctly.
This picture I posted illustrated the idea. It is most likely done by an evolutionist. And the trend shown is also the mental image of most evolutionists. May be they can describe what the trend is, even they strongly deny that evolution has a trend.

There are as many measures of quality as there are attributes and properties to judge.Quality of YOU, in contrast to that of monkey.

Evolution doesn't have any particular trend in the sense that it has no preferred direction. If you look at the results of evolution, you can, with hindsight, see changes and pattern of change in organisms over time; you could call these changes trends. Fundamentally, there is a trend towards adaptation to environmental pressures - this is due to natural selection, and it results in a trend towards diversification - this is called speciation....This picture I posted illustrated the idea. It is most likely done by an evolutionist. And the trend shown is also the mental image of most evolutionists. May be they can describe what the trend is, even they strongly deny that evolution has a trend.
When I said the majority I was talking about living species.Agree. Intelligence of extinct animals is hard to evaluate. But we could get an idea by looking at the level of intelligence of current animals.

No, that's not necessarily what I meant, but I would be interested to know what you thought the "fatal problem" might be.Do you mean it is so because of God?
That interpretation also as a fatal problem.
