Like me.. Ive seen a few threads here about this subject, so I figured Id post my own with my own personal opinions. Anyway ,Hello. Newbie here. Newbie, but not naive... Heres my outtake on evolution. It cant be denied, but it is Gods will and design. Proof coming.. God decides what and how far everything will evolve into. If we all, and I mean ALL, humans, apes, chickens, rats, mosquitoes, frogs, cows, etc ALL originated at the big bang , or stepped from the primordial ooze at the same time or whatever new theory may get tossed out,to make this sudden "spark of life" that evolutionists say was the catalyst of life, riddle me this... WHY did some organisms , say,,,a chicken , evolve into a flightless , defenseless bird that is at the proverbial "bottom of the food chain" , yet we humans kept on gettin' it to the point we are. The top. Why did the life form known as the rat become a small rodent , scurrying through the sewers of the world , a prey animal, yet, a hawk decided that wasnt for them, were going to grow wings , claws, keen sight, and take to the air. According to hard evolutionists, all life started at once, so in essence its a big race to the top. That doesnt hold water... Its Gods plan. Theres no other possible rationalization.His plan was for a cow to be a feeder animal. For us. He made predators seperate from prey. Look at the eyes of a predator. Humans, dogs, cats, bears, lions, hawks, eagles,,, all eyes forward. Depth perception and target acquisition. Now look at prey animals . Rabbits, deer, antelope , etc Eyes to the side. Why ? To watch out for us predator types. Gods design. If evolution were the case alone , there would have been no prey animals.. I mean, who wants to volounteer for that job??? Just the philosophy of a ranting newbie ! By the way, nice to meet yall.

God made the Heavens and the earth as he saw fit. Within that, every animal that walked, swam, spit, flew, chewed, and mooed was created by God for their own purposes designed by God. The hawk flies with its percept eyes to catch its prey; the rat small and sneaky to escape it's predators. All in the food chain with God's chosen on top: Humans! Appointed overseers of all animals that moo, chew, flew, spit, swam, and walk upon the earth.

Evolution--Any theory scientists can think up OTHER than what God has told us in the Bible I will always refute as unbelievable and untrue. This is not to say that I don't think we can't better ourselves--Quite the contrary. We improve ourselves daily and over generations, and that's because and ONLY because God allows us to. Well i think there needs to be a line drawn between "evolution" and adaptation.
Two squrills live in the same forrest a earthquake splits the forest, one side remains green and beatiful the other side dries out and is very hot. Over time the squirll in the hot climate's: hair will thin, fur will get closer to areas color, become hostile due to always fighting for food. It adapts. The other still busytailed, carefree, fluffy squirll. Chickens didnt evolve into a flightless birds they adpated it, maybe at one point they did fly, but thats not evolution, same animal, adapted traits.
Other then that I didnt really understand most of the OP. Sorry.

no-one has ever said that. In the primordial soup, or whatever it may have been, the only thing that started off were primitive replicators. The best replicators replicated more than the ones that were not as good, and through a process of natural selection developed into cellular life. The details are more complex than this, but infinitely far from your strawman.

I hope you are not thinking that domesticated chickens are anything like their wild brethren. Besides, location in the food chain is unimportant. The important thing is that one survives long enough to have offspring. Mutations, natural selection and variation very early on will have led to different evolutionary paths for the different organisms and groups.

All animals are successful within their natural environment. If I chicken were 'defenseless' it wouldn't exist. It would be extinct. In fact, the only reason chickens are still around is because we breed them to eat.

I'll just quote my own first post

You don't understand the big bang at all. If there was only thing in the begining and that one thing exploded then what was left over from it would still exist. Just like any other explosion.

my eyes are open, and I still haven't seen any valid, conclusive evidence (using real science i.e. testable, repeatable, observable, etc.) of one creature type turning into another creature type.
