well its not a thread in the evolution vs creation section and im not pursuing endless debate ..
the scientific observation behind evolutionary theory is being continually changed ,it cannot be trusted is uncertain . thats a fact

In my theology Adam and Eve arrived on an old, evolved earth, that had already fallen. By the time the Hebrews wrote about Adam and Eve the story only survived in fragmented form, hence it was believed in Mesopotamian lore that A & E were the first humans of a singular creation event. They didn't know any better and frankly the story suited it's faith purposes for the Jews.

This explains a number of oddities and contradictions in the Genesis narration.

But you think your interpretation of scripture is the automatic truth, even when it conflicts with objective reality.

That's faith for ya .. oh and i did not say facts are not correct (though often they are not and have to constantly updated which is evidence that they keep getting it wrong) but facts can be changed to match the truth .And just because some christians are weaker in faith and so buy into some theories of evolution does not make them automatically right either . God is .

any ways im not sure what any one hopes to achieve..will you convert me to become an evolutionist ? impossible .

Or it could be that as more evidence is discovered and research undertaken that a deeper understanding is reached and the theory modified accordingly.

If evolution, or any other scientific theory, was static and unchanging - that's when there would be problems. It's by changing and adapting to new knowledge that science improves and develops.

Your claim that it is 'collapsing' will sure come as a surprise to the thousands of scientists who use it in their everyday work.

My point is that man is the only 'evolved' creature that has to produce his own food; a monumental failure of evolution that is unique only to man.

Its a very popular theory that man evolved the way he did because he cooks and produces his food.

The problem today is science develops new food in the lab and prepares it in a factory on an assembly line. We need to go back to cooks making food in a kitchen.
