But it is strange to me you would say so, you who claim that since it says "all", there is no need to qualify it by context, just as you affirm here in your last sentence of this post. You read the Bible, one or two verses at a time, and ignore context, and you call this 'reason'?

No. You merely assumed he was. No where does he "any" refers only to some "elect." You've assumed he meant that, because otherwise "any" would mean "any."
