Evidence for or against a creation instituted sabbath

The spirit (breath) came from God and at death it goes back to Him. That's all.

Man received the breath of God at creation and became a living soul. God then told man at his fall that he came from the dust and would go back to the dust. Since man is one part dust, one part breath of God, the two parts seperate at death and go back to where they came from.

That's sounds reasonable but it's not even half of the story.....
God will give man a spiritual body.

What do you mean by it's not half of the story. It is the whole story in regards to what happened at creation. In regards to when Christ returns, we'll have a body just like Jesus'. His was a physical body. He tocuhed and was touched. He ate before His disciples and said that He had flesh and bone.

Our bodies will be the way they were suppose to be, just like Adam's before the fall.
