Evicting the enemy

We're having a bad time evicting my wife's grandson who dabbles in the occult, or at one time has. He knows the criminal justice says in, out, upside down, and sideways. We can't keep up with him.
We spent $1500 on a lawyer. After the money was gone, he revealed evidence that would get us laughed out of the court room should we had proceed. He's always one step ahead of us. He enjoys shouting obscenities at my 66 year old wife. We don't know what to do. God, and your prayers, are our only hope. Thank you, and God bless you.

You have a tenacy agreement with him?
Tell him to leave by a date. call in favours from your church and move his stuff out, change the locks.

He does not have the right to live in your home.
Do ensure that you have dated recordings of his conversaton/shouting at your wife.

Only other advice is get a better lawyer who can ensure he moves out.

The only lawyer I've employed some twelve years ago charged £200:00 per hour, we won.

So pick a good lawyer, or no win no fee lawyer and let him loose, but get an idea of how long/how much and pay it.

Thank you for replying...I guess evicting him is difficult because he's difficult. Many people would have left when they got the letter from our attorney. Cameron told us, loud and clear, he will make us spend every penny it takes to get him out. The court system, here in North Florida, seem to move a little slowly. Eventually, a couple of Deputies will drag him out of here, and place his possessions by the end of the driveway. The waiting is the hardest part.
I think about Job. When he was hurting, one statement was ...In all things let the Name of the Lord be praised. I feel the same.
