Scott looked at the map and started to make plans for troop movements

Retta Yoto clasped his hands near his chin as he studied Scott as Scott formulated plans for counterattack. After some time, he spoke up, "Now that you've had time to study, perhaps you'd like our strategins to offer their opinions?" Retta Yoto did not wait for a reply and nodded to one of the officials seated near him.

The official stood and produced a few more maps and handed them to Scott. On the map were possible strategies and troop placement for an attack, "Of course," Retta continued, "These plans were made under the assumption that you would only bring a thousand troops. The increased numbers will allow much more flexibility."

At this, the Chief of Defense stood, "As I'm sure you're well aware, the barbarians are divided into three armies. The two larger, but weaker armies are at the head, pillaging villages and wreaking havoc in general. These two armies are backed up by a third smaller, yet stronger army. The two weaker armies advance from both the north and south of the stronger army. This is a simple, yet effective strategy on their part. A direct attack on the strong army will result in a collapse by the other two, while an attack on either weaker army will result in back up by the stronger. Therefore, it is our suggestion that a great show of arms be made at both the south and north ends of the armies with only a small portion of our armies. Then, after the stronger army has divided itself for back up, the majority of our forces would be sent in on a central attack that would split the three armies in two, with our armies surrounding both. This is the generally accepted form of attack, we believe. If you have something better, please tell us."

Scott nodded, and he gestured for Atlas to take over. Atlas stood and spoke,

"Excellent. Though I hope you realize the ammount of soldiers that were brought matter very little. That is a working plan. Very well we will send orders to the troops."

As the chief of defense sat down, he rolled his eyes and whispered to Zhash, "I don't know who that man thinks he is, but we all know perfectly well that they plan to take over our city with those numbers..."

Zhash opted not to respond and instead looked to Retta Yoto, who was now standing, "Very well then, it is decided!" A wave of his hand sent several messangers on their way to the various troop commanders already in place, "Now that the formalities are concluded, I suppose we should take a break so that you can prepare your men, Atlas," Retta was looking at Scott when he said this, still thinking Scott to be Atlas, "I also would like to invite you to a banquet tonight that I'm holding in your honor. Please don't be late."

Thus the meeting ended as the various officials and advisers took leave of their seats and went off in their own way. Zhash also stood, and brushing past the Chief of Defense, strode to Atlas and Scott's company.

Atlas began to chuckle to himself he was sitting on the other side of Zhash and heard what The Defense said.he also realized Yeta's mistake. This was going to be an interesting trip.

ic: remial strolled down the hallway, when he went around the corner he saw kelli and one of atlas's geusts they were talking in the flower garden. Remial was mad to say the least, but he would need to see how things develpoed befor acusing anyone. He put his ear to the ground and waited.

Zhash gave Atlas a queer eye, but couldn't help but smile at seeing Atlas laugh, "Why are you laughing? Do not leave me here in the dark anylonger.

"Your people are very suspicious of me. And Yetta is some what confused about our identity. Ironic I believe." he whispered

ooc: You are not making this easy! Charm I can handle, but cheating is harder!

"Flirting? For giving a rose to the woman who is the lifeblood of the kingdom? For speaking kindly to a woman who will be working with me for who knows how long? For who knows how long Atlas will be gone? I apologize if my actions were a bit ofrontive but it is difficult for a person like myself to not react to a person so idealic as you are. Atlas is a lucky man." Colonel said.

Zhash's eyebrows raised at this, "Yetta's confusion may be humorous, but I believe we may want to let it go, as it can almost only work to our advantage. As you said, they are mistrustful of you, or who they think you are. The Chief of Defense tells me they're worried you'll take over the city. We will need to be very careful."

"Agreed. Scott, be on your guard, I do not believe they will try anything yet but still it is a good thing. We must act as if in a glass house. For our every move shall be questioned."
