You cannot come, I love you too much to take you. Zhashban (sp?) we leave as soon as possible. Scott, I trust your judgment. I trust you have an intelligence on our foes Zhashban? I wish to be well informed on them." Atlas said

"hes right kelli we are going to be needing your help here" the dwarf sounded serious. this was new because he was almost neevr serious

*Kelli lowered her eyes and let go of Atlas's hand. She nodded and whispered* okay...

 

[dramaking]

"Let us ride." Atlas said leaving. He mounted his gray horse and began to ride. "Zhashban ride beside me you can answer my question."

Scott rode to the other side of atlas keeping an eye on the surroundings just in case

*Kelli stood with her arms crossed over her chest, on the bridge as she watched Atlas, Scott and Zhashban leace without her. Kelli called out to Atlas's back* Come back to me! I love you!

remial rolled his eyes at the sentiments and sent his dwarfs off to do various tasks such as dig support tunnels under all the nearby roads

Zhashban strode obediantly next to Atlas, and got right into the details, "Yitai is a well fortified city itself. A strong double walled defense perimeter with tall towers guards our Western front against the Barbarian invasions. However, the Barbarians have stormed our outer villages and have driven all the villagers back behind the walls. We are now left with no farming land and limited access to a small stream of fresh water. Our city would be able to hold out, but we cannot without supplies. We need to take a counter attack. This is what I was told to say when they sent me and what I believe to be true." Zhashban took a quick glance at Atlas, to make sure that his words were ringing home.

"when we get there I need to know how many barbarians there are and where their camp is. I'll need 100 of your best scouts and so forth. so I expect you to lead me to the war room as soon as we get there." he said looking over at Zhashban

 

[WhiteLily]

*Kelli watched the others until she couldn't see them anymore. When they disappered from sight. She turned back into the castle and made her way back to the meeting room where she sat at the large wooden table. Kelli rested her head in her hands and sighed deeply*

remial walked up behind her and said " i know its hard when everyone is leaving for war and u get stuck at home happened to me plenty of times but if all of us had left then who would defend the city if we were attacked?"

 

[WhiteLily]

*Kelli turned to face him* I know my friend, but still, what if something happens to Atlas and I'm not there?

havin known atlas for as long as i have i dought anything will happen to him, and if anything does be sure that u and i will be there in an instant

Zhashban held a hand up in a mock defense, "Whoa, hold your horses. I'm not sure I can answer all your questions, but I'll try. When I left three days ago (two days travel, one day with Atlas), it was estimated there were two lightly-clad armies of 4,000 each. Easily disposable, if it were not for the more heavily clad army of 2,500 that backed them up. The two lesser armies have been raiding both the north and south fronts while the stronger army has been harrassing between the two armies. As for leading you to the war room, I'll be sure to."

 

[dramaking]

"I have a partial plan already. It is modelled after Atlantis' first invasion of the Island. After gaining correct intelligence as to their current posistioning we shall send in a feint attack toward their weaker forces and then wipe out their more heavily armed forces. They have long memories and after seeing that will probably surrender thinking they are dealing with Atlantis again. Fear is an ally when dealing with the superstitous." Atlas said riding

Zhashban nodded his approval of the plan, "That just might work. If it's settled then, perhaps we may want to enjoy the rest of our trip there. It will take about a day on horseback. We should arrive early tomorrow morning."

((What time of day is it? I'll make it early afternoon.))

Zhashban glanced up at the menancing sun, now more than halfway through its daily trip. A fleeting dash of something caught his attention, "Ah, a fleeing rabbit. This forebodes well for our endevour, if I'm not mistaken."
