one of his so called " company of friends" was at this moment riding one of the finests donkies the dwarfs could ofer. The dwarfs (all but one) had been almost more then happy to except the offerof an allience. The dwarfs although suppotive could not offored to offer all of their forces, but they had sent 15 of their best dwarven fighters to acompany remial back to emoria. The only reason the nagotiations had taken so long was the simple fact of getting out of the prison they had put him in for 2 1/2 months. He had commited certain crimes and had been exiled for them, and on his return they locked him away

 

[dramaking]

"My Lord Atlas you cannot allow people to see you personally what of assassins? what of.." an advisor babbled.

"If it is an assassin then it is a stupid assassin to come into the same room as Jakim. Let him in." Atlas said nodding to the men.

"Umm sir? It's a her." the messenger said.

Atlas clutched the table to keep from falling.

 

[WhiteLily]

*When the messenger boy came back, Kelli pushed open the doors and strode in, her head high, and her shoulders back. A small smile formed on the elf's lips as she stood before the other men, and Atlas. She let the cloak fall to the floor as she stepped forward and whispered* Atlas...

 

[dramaking]

By this time Atas had recovered himself, and ignoring the young emperor who was currently drooling over Kelli, he strode over and lifting her in the air and covered her face with kisses.

"It is good to see you my dear." he said

 

[WhiteLily]

*Kelli wrapped her arms around Atlas's neck and kissed his cheek, then hugged him tightly* I missed you, so much. Atlas, I love you

 

[dramaking]

"I love you my dear Kelliana. Thank you for coming back." he replied kissing her again.

 

[WhiteLily]

*Kelli smiled around the kiss and drew away* Now, why were you having a party without me? *She gestured at the stunned looking men and the boys*

Scott rode up to the city wall in the dark of night and climbed over the wall. once he was over he just walked threw town without even being questioned. He walked past taverns that had dice games going on and ppl still drinking. he walked up to the castle gates and saw a light on in one of the windows. he figured it was atlas's so he sat and watched eating an apple.

when remial aproached the city gates with his company of dwarfs the gaurds knew what to do. ( of coarse the only reason they knew is because before he left he had instructed them to do so ) he and his prosesion rode through the town catching the eye of many small citizens and even the eyes of some not so small citezens. He approached the castle gates and drew in a large breath " Ahhhhh atlas has done well for himself i see, but i wouldnt have chosen pure red clay to surround the castle." many of the dwarfs agreed as remial jumpedoff his donkey (which makes one look uncommonly silly) and told the castle gaurd to send a message to atlas that he had arrived.

 

[WhiteLily]

*Kelli looked over her shoulder as a guard came in and announced the arrival of Remial. Kelli laughed remembering the ornery dwarf*

Scott seeing his old drinking buddy go in decided it was finally time to make himself seen. he jumped over the castle wall and walked into the castle. he went unoticed by everyone he walked right through the doors to the great hall were atlas and the others were. "my old friend you really need better security then this. your gaurds are blind." he said smiling

 

[WhiteLily]

Scott! *Kelli detatched herself from Atlas and hugged her friend* It's so good to see you!

 

[boxers]

"hi Kelli, you know your gaurds didn't even see me I thought they were the best? So atlas you got room for 5,000 men?" he said still smiling

 

[ringmaster]

"WEll well if it isnt my old drinking buddy, always got to make a show of an intrance" said the dwarf entering the hall with his 15 followers behind him " the dwarf people pleadge their support and are sorry to say that they could not send more men but they still dont trust me. More men will be sent within the week. o and hello atlas."

Zhashban found himself stuck at the gate entrance. Three days of travelling and two hours of persuassion had gotten him this far, and no farther. The gate man had no use for simple folk from the outer-cities and would not disturb Atlas because of them. Becoming slightly desperate, Zhashban acted on impulse, "Tell me, just for passing time's sake. Where exactly is Atlas right now?"

The guard looked up from his work, surprised that anyone would ask such a thing, "Why? Don't you know he's in a meeting with his high officials discussing strategy in the meeting room up there?" With that, the guard pointed to one of the open windows high up in one of the towers of the castle. Zhashban nodded, thankful for enough information to attempt his daring plan.

Making sure no one was looking, Zhashban sneaked behind a small building and wrote on a piece of paper. Then, rolling the paper around an arrow, Zhashban shot the arrow through the window that the guard had motioned as the one that Atlas was in, hoping that he didn't hit anyone.

The note Zhashban had written went as follows,

To the high protector Atlas, savior of Emoria,

Hail Atlas and the emperor, I, Zhashban, come to you from far estate in Yitai to plead for the protection of my people. The Western Barbarians have taken arms against us and we have not enough men to protect us. Humbly, I pledge our city's alliance to your cause if you will send at least a small detachment of troops to our humble cause. I send you this because after many days of travelling, I have been denied entrance and the privilege of speaking to you in person. I therefore took it upon myself to write this message and shoot my arrow on behalf of my people. Please, have pity on us.

Scott who was standing next to Atlas at the moment the arrow came through. He turned around and caught it inches from his throat. "ppl trying to kill you again?" he said looking at atlas. "oh look a note. maybe it's from your seceret admirer." Smiling he handed it to atlas

*Kelli smiled and looked out the window, she looked around below.* I think I see someone. What does the note say?

*Kelli left the window and knelt and hugged Remial* Hello friend! How have you been?

" well aside fomr the fact that the dwarfs locked me away for 2 and 1/2 months im fine, a little sore from riding that donkey but fine none the less. How have you been?"
