Thread: Lover
Name: Eve Driscol
Gender: Female
Age: 33
Height: 5'8''
Weight: 123
Occupation: Necromancer
Appearance: Fair skin and light blonde hair. Her hair is long, mostly unkept, and reaching down past her waist though she usually ties the lower part in the back with a leather strap. The rest is draped over her right shoulder, hiding most of the right side of her face. Parts of her right side has been damaged through a spell gone wrong, which in turn put several scars along her cheek and ear. She tends to want to keep this hidden.
She also has a mark on the side of her neck, a brand given to those who are banished because of the practice of black arts, forever to be shown to society that she is no longer welcome in the world.
Her eyes are big, oval shaped, and dark blue. Her eyebrows are thin and almost perfectly blends in with her fair skin. Small freckles dot her nose, her lips are quite thin, her neck long and slender.
Clothing/Accessories: She'd rather dress herself in darker clothes to keep from being center of attention, as well as wear several layers. She often picks robes, gloves, boots, and almost always a longer cloak.
But whatever she chooses to wear, a leather tie around her waist is always visible. Tied onto it can be a few pouches consisting of special ingredients as well as her small spell book.
She has a fascination for decorations and often weaves in beads, feathers, and strings into her hair.
Personality: To the average civilians she seems cruel, almost evil, but deep down she isn't as bad. Although it takes a lot for her to care for any average person, she holds extreme loyalty with those whom she considers family. She tends to be sarcastic, even cold in her remarks but rarely sees anything wrong with it. She's honest, outspoken, and has a short temper. She doesn't care what others might think of her, and enjoys using enemies for her own purposes.
Background: Eve was automatically born into despair, being the illegitimate child of the king. Her mother was a dancer and entertainer when she caught the king's eye, and so a love affair started. But after the birth of Eve, it just couldn't go any further. Eve's young mother wanted more than just a swift romance; she wanted a husband, a caring lover, and a father for her child. When the king couldn't give it, too frightened the public would find out about his affair, her mother grew depressed and angry.
Before long Eve's mother was gone, throwing herself off a balcony, unable to handle the rejection of her love. Eve continued to grow up in the palace, but was more or less an orphan being shunned by everyone including her own father.
Then she met Roden and his father, a sorcerer in the city. As she grew closer to Roden she also grew closer to his father. It was the only time she could escape from her jail cell and roam the magnificent city. Having been rejected of a parent for most of her life, Eve found her relationship with the sorcerer to be exciting and in time became interested in his work. That's when her talent and love for magic was finally learned.
Within years Eve was more of his apprentice than anything else. That is until it was found she was dabbling in necromancy. The sorcerer was banished...and then so was Eve. She was kicked out of her own home land, by her own father, at such a young age. And she never forgot that feeling of loneliness and fear.
As the young girl made her way to Necromion, she begin to forget her fear and loneliness and instead chose to thrive on hatred and anger. Her knowledge in necromancy grew and so did her taste for revenge. By the time she was in her twenties she knew exactly what she was going to do.
And by the time she was thirty, she had a loyal protector, Samir, and a determination to free those that were banished. And of course to get revenge.
