Had they been different, we would all have been different now. Had there been an exception, then we'd have gotten a rule, a point of reference in the Universe. A precedent.
It's like you're buying a new car from the store, you're trying to drive it home, but the car breaks right there, in the middle of the road. And everybody shake their shoulder and only you are to be blamed. Because you drove it 1 km !! And you should have known not to touch a special button, present right there on the dashboard.

We do know, Jesus Christ.

But what is important about it is God promises to save us.

But that is what Jesus is for, he makes it all right in him.

Of course we know. He tells us:

Romans 9:22-24
What if God, wanting to show His wrath and to make His power known, endured with much longsuffering the vessels of wrath prepared for destruction, and that He might make known the riches of His glory on the vessels of mercy, which He had prepared beforehand for glory, even us whom He called, not of the Jews only, but also of the Gentiles?

but he is not the one to damns them, their sin damns them.

Their sin judges them? Sin is not a judge. It's a transgression of God's Law. God is The Judge. They may be ****** because of their sins but God is most certainly the one that judges them worthy of eternal damnation.

He saved them but they choose not to accept that, that is why they are ******.

You're speaking in circles. Either He saved them, and they're saved, or He didn't, and they aren't. It's illogical to say that He saved them but they end up ******. If they end up ****** then He didn't save them.
