I was thinking how Jesus said some ppl wouldnt understand. And its not often discussed, if somethings wrong with you that you may not be able to have children cos of abuse or something else....

Jesus had compassion but a lot of ppl assume just cos your single you are looking to get married, raise a family etc. people can be quite cruel in their assumptions that only married people are christians or that if you single that means you ugly and cant attract a spouse.

Yes, if you're single there must be something wrong with you. Well they thought that about Jesus too and Corrie ten Boom was single and her sister. Nothing wrong with them. Quite the opposite. Those were eunuchs for the Kingdom.

Jesus was so attractive, that he had women following him everywhere.
I bet he made all the other men jealous because it clearly wasnt his sex appeal. He wasnt even good looking. At his grave, women came and witnessed his resurrection and the men didnt believe them.

All wanted to be touched by Him. Thats not what you can say for most men. Women dont want to be touched or groped or fondled by men. Only Jesus can give the loving touch women crave. Or a man who has His spirit in him.

Everyone else, is..get your hands off me. Cos its unclean and makes you feel dirty.

Well, i guess you can tell if someone married by checking their fingers, but seems to me lots of married men dont wear rings? My dad doesnt and hes married.

Or in pacific island countries, flowers over the ear for women.

Master, when used for a young, unmarried man, comes from European class structure. Nobility and such. We never had that in the US. We never had Lord's or Ladies, Dukes or Duchesses. The use of the term "Master" carried on for a time. But you see, "Master" also had a negative connotation here because of slavery.

"Master" is a term used to address a boy, not a man. At some point they'll go from being "Master" to "Mister", although I think it differs from place to place just when that happens.
