I don't go outside the Holy Bible, except looking at historical, archeology, jewish teachings/customs etc.

That's... rather reductive, tbh. Before there was a recognized canon or nigh-universal literacy, the Church codified her beliefs in creeds that were easy to memorize so that the faithful could understand the core beliefs of Christianity.
