In the previews, I saw what looked like the cargo door of an airplane opening up, with a group of people standing on the outside looking like they were welcoming whoever was coming out.
If THAT happens in tonight's episode (as opposed to Pt 2 of the finale), then I'm worried that this episode is gonna feel a bit... rushed.
I still feel like there's a lot of sensitive stuff happening on the island. There's still the impending attack from Keamy et al, and Sayid arriving on his little boat, and Locke processing everything that he just saw and heard, and "moving the island".
I'm all for seeing a rescue mission take place eventually, but not tonight. Too much unfinished business.
I can see the rescue taking place tonight and the followups dealing with the fallout of the rescuse. Where did baby come from, how did Kate save people, oh my gosh she is a fugitive, why is Hurley still fat, etc.
