I agree, but consider the fact that even when she thought she was going to be executed, she didn't try to escape (as far as we know, anyway).

Not yet. The last episode wasn't quite exciting enough to push her over the edge. In other words, just a tease.

Even the english language has different accents in different regions. So I imagine other countries would be the same.

My boss is Scottish so I have learnt the 'language' now.

I quite like Scottish accents. They can be tough sometimes. I think some regions are harder to understand than others. My boss is from Edinburgh and thats not as hard as some.

Glasgow I find hard sometimes which I think is where Desmond is meant to be from because he is a Celtic fan.

Hi all,

Sorry so late getting into this thread . DH doesn't watch the show so I usually have to tape it and watch it some time later. I finally got caught up on the last three eps last night. The good news is that he watched some of it with me and he's actually kinda getting into it! Hehe. I might even get him to watch the new one with me tomorrow...

My comments:

I seriously doubt Juliette's sister ever got cancer again. That was most likely Ben just playing another mind game so she'd think she owed him.

Did anyone else find it strange that no one seems to miss Locke? And why the heck didn't Jack tell anyone that Locke is the one who blew up the sub? Seems like something people should know.

Next. Why haven't they all picked up and moved to the abandoned living quarters? They've got food, shelter, electricity, running water, and a big fat fence around it to protect them. Plus, they could probably use the power to recharge the sat phone. Just seems a bit odd to me.

My speculation on Jack and Juliette. I think he does like her. BUT I also think he's only pretending to be her protector to find out what her real plan is. He may be a little naive at times, but he's also got an edge to him. And I'm still not sold on Juliette turning on Ben. They haven't shown most of the three years that she lived on the island, but we know she became very cold and calculating in that time. Not to mention that A-L killed her lover (I've got that right, haven't I). So it's possible she has revenge on her mind.

Hurley is still my favourite character. Love that guy!!!

Anyway, this is just my comments based on what I've seen. I don't check out the spoilers until after I've seen the ep. I like to be surprised!
