I will be nice and not judge those who went to or want to see it, but come on people, it's total garbage. It doesn't even come close to being good or funny. Have you ever seen a real spoof, like Spaceballs, or really any Mel Brooks movies. Those are true spoofs and this movie, like Date Movie are just stupid.

Sorry if I have offended anyone and please feel free to scrutinize what I like. It's only fair.

I mistakenly took my nephew to see this film. I was very disappointed.
My nephew (14) on the other hand really enjoyed it.

I thought it was well written to include references to pictures but the references were not clunky but seamless.

Good ol' Mel Brooks movies. Classic.

I went and saw Scary Movie (the first one) and never really wanted to see another spoof like that again. I was really put off by it. One of only two movies I almost walked out of the theater on. I saw the beginning of Scary Movie 2 at someone's house and was really grossed out by it. The previews for Epic Movie make it seem like it's got some good comedy in it, and my roommate is into those kinds of movies, so I'll most likely end up seeing it at some point in time. I doubt I'll go out of my way though.

Is there as much crude and toilet humor in Epic Movie as there is in the Scary Movie movies?

I can laugh at these but really will not pay movie ticket price. I wait until ppv offers it.

I heard a lot of rumors about this movie and to sum it up, it's terrible. I also checked some entertainment forums and they posted the same thing. Most of the members who watched the movie was disappointed. I think I have to go and watch it myself. Hope I won't be disappointed.
