Not really. Erwin never sets foot inside IDD, so all he hears are second hand accounts of what's going on in there.

IDD needs to be scrapped, and I know it's been seriously considered in the past. Why it's not seriously considered now is anyones guess.

I was referring to the thread that you created, not about the fate of IDD. I thought it understandable that the thread was not allowed to generate further responses that may in turn proffer a protestant /Catholic 'flame war'.

I did not disagree with the point that you made, neither did i agree.

Well if you do that, all those threads that are started by Protestants in the Protestand forum, that discuss exacly why they are Protesting, or ask others why they are Protesting, that are then filled with answers and questions from Catholic, (whew), would have no where to be moved to. Ya know?

We'd end up with a whole lot of closed threads with no one ironing out any misconceptions or misbeliefs.
