Why does that matter? Truth stands regardless.
But so as we don't go off on a tangent, no I am not. But I do worship with them from time to time. And a lot of my friends are.
The reason I asked is because SDA puts much emphasis on keeping the sabbath.

Matt 24:30 And then shall appear the sign of the Son of man in heaven: and then shall all the tribes of the earth mourn, and they shall see the Son of man coming in the clouds of heaven with power and great glory.

There are points made that are facts in respect the grammar and context of Matt 24 in the OP. These you have not addressed. All you done was post an opinion based on what you think without addressing the facts shared in the OP that show other wise.
If you are going focus on grammar, then consider that Matthew 24:30 is divided into two timeline parts.

And then Action 1. The appearance of the sign of the Son of man in heaven.

And then Action 2. The tribes of the earth mourning as they see the Son of man coming with power and great glory.

There will be 45 days between the two actions.

Not really. The SDA and other Sabbath keeping Christians I know who are not sinning in respect to not doing ministry work are centered on sharing the Gospel and help ministries. However most have some doctrinal point that is key to them that they go back to because they are moved to by God or themselves. The only reason it might seem the way it does to you is because the Sabbath is ignored blatantly though ignorance by most. So here on the Internet many share on the Sabbath. Whereas most other sins are still done in the closet for the most part and are not blatantly ignored through ignorance by professing Christians.

In Matthew 24:15, when the Jews in Judeah see the abomination of desolation standing in the holy place, they should flee to the mountains.
He is talking to His Apostles who wrote this down for His church, us. In which there is neither Jew or Gentile, male or female we are all one in Christ in Him through Baptism. So He is speaking to us.
We are presently looking at your last post. We will respond as time allows. Take care.

Christians are not required to keep the sabbath.

Colossians 2:16 Let no man therefore judge you in meat, or in drink, or in respect of an holyday, or of the new moon, or of the sabbath days:

17 Which are a shadow of things to come; but the body is of Christ.

The issue is not that we are all one in Christ. But who should pray that the abomination of desolation is not set up on the sabbath.

We both agree that Jews (Judaism) are restricted to how far they can travel on the sabbath, by adherence to their beliefs. What we disagree on is whether Christians are required to do so.

Sabbath days not Sabbath Day. You are misunderstanding that text. The word therefore tells us we must consider what is written before. What is written before that is part of the context?
