End time dreams....

I just woke up from one... Anyonw else get these ?

I hate that they leave such an impression.

Most times I just try to dismiss it and stuff... I know I shoul d nt but sometimes they weird me out...what do y'all do(people who experience this)...

Also how do u know for certain dreams are from God

God makes you know it for certain.

I have had God tell me the most outlandish of things and made me believe it. Of course, it is always true.

God can make the dream this way. And elaborate afterwards.

Dreams from God normally are very cryptic, however. Ultimately, only God can tell you the meaning, but God rewards seeking.

I often have to puzzle out such things with known Spirit filled people a lot, and in myself, to get meanings.

On the end, used to have such dreams, past seven years a lot of "visions".

I've not had a lot and when I did it was a few years ago now. Because they are so rare it would make me sit up and pay attention so to speak. My overall rule of thumb is to test it. Remember, dreams can come from your own flesh (i.e. mind mulling over things that has affected you), God or the enemy. I tend to start by asking the Lord to confirm if it was from Him in my prayer time first thing and if it's not, to have me forget them as I become more awake - my thinking being that the source of the other two categories should not concern me as I put my trust in Him and His Word for the new day.

Then another 'test' for me is the fact that all of such dreams (that I have) are followed with Bible verses on waking and each part of the dream is crystal clear (I don't forget large chunks of it). The last one I had linked to End Times referred to 2 Peter 3:3-13 with an emphasis on verses 7 and 10.

Over time sis, the Holy Spirit will equip you to be able to view, learn and discern how the Lord wishes for you to use the dream without fear or horrid feelings (fear from waking from a dream is another red flag as to its source - 2 Tim 1:7 ).

well I know this thread is from Dec but I will post my dream I had about 8 years ago. I had a dream about a tsunami which was triggered by an underwater volcano off the coast of the pacific northwest. In the dream, the cause of the tsunami was a volcano. After having the dream, I researched and found out that there are under water volcanos in the Pacific ocean, off the coast, in the North Western part of the United states. So I guess you could call it an end time dream. Won't know if it is a prophetic dream unless it comes to pass. I just think it's not necessarily a good thing to live on a coastline. But that's me. People make their own choices.

my two cents: I think a lot of people ( particularly on youtube) that have end time dreams put dates on their dreams, and then when something doesn't happen on such and such a date, their dream gets discredited. That's unfortunate. Its also unfortunate because not many want to hear a negative dream.
Still, that dream might have been a dream from God. Perhaps a warning. One only knows if it was a dream from God if it comes to pass.

I just heard Him say Yes but I would confirm that in prayer with Him.
Also pray and intercede for them so many get saved before it happens.

Well I certainly wasn't given a "date" about my individual dream or, if this was actually a prophetic dream, and I would be very hesitant to do so because many have set dates in the past on things they have seen in dreams etc. and then the date passes and their dream or vision didn't come to pass on the date they said it would. So their possible prophetic dream gets discredited.
Not suggesting you are doing that but I don't necessarily think date setting is a good thing.
The way I look at it is, if it happens, it happens. If God personally warns someone, then that person should heed the warning.

Could be literal, or even that specificity engaged could be heavenly, angelic, or otherwise.
