i think taking yourself less seriously, as you mentioned keil, is important, and is what may help you to take more risks as hischild mentioned. i used to hear that all the time--"you have to be able to not take yourself all that seriously", but i really didn't understand what that meant until a few months ago. now i find myself rather amusing, in a positive way and things aren't so....depressing. and i don't hold myself back in the sense that i've learned to channel all the positive aspects of myself and let them flow and exist vibrantly (ok, haven't completely gotten there, but i'm trying)
