hehe, I wish we could have a thunderstorm... our summer is turning out to be rather cruddy so far. Not too much nice weather... grr...

Strange a.m. here. Was really warm at about 5 this morning - birds chirping etc. - but then a cold front moved over. Really chilly now.

Ah, righty-o...I had my first day of 4 weeks uni holidays today and spent it just lazing about! It was very fun...

So I've read!! (It's been ages since I've done some back reading here...) My sister was finishing off a school assignment and I ended up getting on the comp at midnight. And I was only on here for about 15 mins or so looking at some other sites. *KristianJ learns that OpenOffice files can be saved as pdf's - very good for a free open source program! But since he has a free pdf creation program, he won't need it!* Free software is good - I ditched my Norton Systemworks a month or 2 ago and downloaded a free program called AntiVir for my scanning...my laptop has much improved startup times ever since!

Does Linux allow one to run games etc. that normally run on Windows?
