There are five series each lasting just one hour. With a short video,Bible Study and discussion and some time for prayer. The series celebrates the truth that following Christ transforms all aspects of our lives' (Elim Church UK)

'Christians are new people in Christ with a new status and a new purpose. No longer under the power of sin',we have been transformed into the Kingdom of the Lord Jesus Christ. In Him we have redemption and forgiveness of sin. As followers of Christ we are called to grow in our love for Him and for our fellow believers..'

'Jesus is Lord in our family life,when we are at work,in our responsibilities,as citizens and more. The Bible guides believers to seek a healthy church life,to spread the good news and direct us to live faithfully in everything we do'

'And if we want to be faithful and effective Christian citizens. If we are to truely 'love our neighbour,we need to pay particular attention to what it means to truely engage with wider society'

Elim Church UK was founded in 1915 by George Jeffreys,a young Christian from Maestag in S Wales.

'Jeffreys and a group of friends known in the Elim Evangelistic Band preached,started churches and witnessed a move of God that was characterised by miraculous healings and an explosion in the number of people becoming Christians'

'In a world that can feel like a desert our 21st Century Churches seek to be a place of spiritual resource within the communities'

'(Elim Church UK) 'The Founders wanted the name of the new Movement to expose their visions and values and so chose,'Elim',the name of an oasis in the Bible that the people of Israel discerned,as they wandered through the desert. It provided shade and refreshment to all who encountered it'
