Starting a project (
)
but was wondering if anyone knows of a simple (yea right
) way to calculate the Hysteresis for any current input of an electromagnet.
I know I can get the magnet to Zero Oe, by sweeping it from -I to +I in a decreasing Field and that will help cancel out any Hysteresis in the magnetic materials, but from there if I sweep from (lets say 0.1A) to (-0.2A) the magnetic reading at -0.2A wouldn't be the same as if I sweept from 0.2A to -0.2A due to the Hysteresis of the material.
So does anyone know of the math formula for calculating it ?
