Rudy's shown himself to be entirely lacking in credibility".

Agreed. The longer this goes on the more I wonder if he ever had any credibility to begin with.

I guess you never heard the cries for proof of 'widespread/rampant' voter fraud. Just might be politically advantageous to show such proof.

This country is 200+ years old. We have trends. People do not just check one box on the scale we are seeing. It is an unprecedented, mathematical impossibility.

No it is not a mathematical impossibility. Math has nothing to do with it. Every ballot in existence could only have one box checked and it would be possible.

You’re assuming it’s actually true, for one thing. But for another, people not completing their ballots isn’t all that rare.

More than 30 percent of voters fail to complete their ballots. Don't be one of them.

Not everyone fills out their ballot. In and of itself, that doesn’t prove anything.

I am assuming we can convince a Judged it is true. Or we can take a page out of the Democrat hand book and keep litigating the litigation by shopping for an appellate court that will eventually give us the ruling we are looking for.

When did you get a spot on the Trump administration legal team?

The last count I saw the "legal efforts" of the Trump insurgency were 0-10 on decided cases.

That is an awesome defense... maybe you should contact your representatives. No doubt such logic will work wonders in the court of law.

Do you have any idea how quickly that changes once we prove what the Democrats are willing to do to win this election? It put's everything into a new light.

Is the isotope test of ballots in going to be included in court today or is that another one being held in reserve for reasons?

Be sure to let us know when you file your "mathematics" based law suit and I'll head right down.

Convince a judge of what?

Presenting a bunch of incomplete ballots doesn't mean anything by itself. There's no requirement that a ballot be filled out.

You don't need to show that their incomplete, but that their fraudulent.

Given the way all these court cases have turned out so far, yeah, that seems to be the plan.

We had a lot of new, or infrequent, voters in this election. Who says they know what to do. Some people are uncomfortable voting for persons they don't know about. (Others decide the party label is good enough.) I don't vote for unopposed candidates, generally.

There have also been rumors that if you only fill in the President line on the ballot, that it counts as a vote for all candidates of that party. This rumor seems to become more prevalent as states get rid of an option to vote a straight ticket. With so many new voters, it is likely at least some of the voters thought by voting for Biden that they were voting for all the Democrats.

What someone is “willing to do” is rather irrelevant in a court of law. It is what someone “did do” that is relevant. You’ll have to prove Democrats did something illegal. Good luck.

P.S. I would suggest for your mental health you make your peace with the fact Biden is going to be president on January 20th. It is inevitable and nothing you or Trump says or does is going to change it. The American people have spoken.

Except then the Democrats give evidence of how Pres. Trump claimed fraud in the 2016 and 2018 elections but never showed any evidence of it -- including the commission Pres. Trump set up specifically to find that voter fraud. Additionally, Pres. Trump has been talking for six months how, if he lost, it would be because of voter fraud. Yes, that puts everything in a new light -- particularly since he has been President for the last four years and has done little to nothing to prevent this "fraud" he claims happens every election.

That means nothing to the case/s at hand.
