In the excitement and ruckus of a presidential election we often forget that we are electing more than just a president. We are electing their possible successor while they are in office. This is even more important this year considering the age of the contenders. Trump is 74 and Biden is 77.

There is little need to look at Mike Pence, Trump's running mate, since I think most of us are aware of his Christian values and some of the controversy it has caused.

So let's turn our attention to Kamala Harris. I came across this disturbing headline the other day.

Let's look at BLM. The best way to understand BLM is to compare it to the Civil Rights Movement. The founders of the Civil Rights Movement were Christian, many of them ministers.

Let me just say for simplicity sake, what if Biden picked an attorney general, though was highly qualified, was sympathetic to BLM and Antifac.

It’s very easy to pick out the worst to make a point, but it isn’t representative. Attempts at police reform have made little difference, it’s not surprising that people at the blunt end of it have had enough. That a bunch of other people have joined in is neither here nor there.

I do realize we are electing more than a president. A president chooses a cabinet. President Trump's cabinet is like a rogues gallery of criminals and accomplices. Some have indeed been indicted and convicted. Many have been forced to resign for taking advantage of their expense accounts. Most are corporate lobbyists who want to dismantle the department's they are appointed to run well. Some, like Barr, are his fixers. Some, like DeVos, pay millions for the spot to enforce radical agendas. Some, like Chao, a Chinese shipping heiress, have huge conflicts of interest. Some, like Ross, were Russian money launderers. As for Steve Bannon or Steven Miller...agents of chaos.
And Jared, who failed security clearances, messing around without any qualifications.
The generals reluctantly helped Trump, hoping to save the country, and left because he was too far gone to be a fixer upper.
I want a president who has competent persons of character as advisors, not grifters and accomplices.

The fact that Biden chose Harris as his running mate, shows how he'll cater to the radical left which controls him. Instead of looking for the most qualified, race and gender had to meet his qualifications.

He probably should've chosen Amy Klobuchar, being out of all running except for Tulsi Gabbard, she was the most qualified and certainly more qualified than Harris.

But the radical left demanded that Biden chose a black woman as well. So, race was his focus.

Guess who else focused on race in his career ?

The socialism dog whistle is just that, an attempt to distract us from the creeping fascism that Trump is bringing into government. Republicans call programs like Social Security and Medicare, which worked effectively for many decades, socialism. Don't listen to them.

If the US truly was the fascist wasteland that the progressives make it out to be, those same progressives would've been rounded up by the Army and lined up against a wall in front of machine gun long ago.

President Trump simply has policies that the left doesn't like. I realize the bar is set pretty low for calling somebody a fascist these days but calling somebody that doesn't actually make it true.

So Biden is pale. So what? He's Irish. He bikes and exercises with his wife.

And he isn't quarantined for COVID after his dangerous anti-mask office policies exposed him, his family, and staff to COVID in the close confines of Marine One and Air Force One when Hope Hicks fell ill.

His health consciousness, like his awareness of other people's needs and feelings, is non-existent.
