Elbow?

A young man's grandmother moved to a new apartment. The grandson called her and asked for directions. Grandma told him, the address and how to get there, then said "The door into the building is locked, so push the button with your elbow and I will buzz you in. Inside push the button for the third floor with your elbow, and go left to my apartment 302. Then push the button with your elbow." The young man said, "Grandma why am I pushing all these buttons with my elbow?" She said, "You're coming to see your grandmother with empty hands?"
