eating dreams?

ok, so, i usually have very vivid, sometimes lucid, dreams, and during fasting sometimes i'll have dreams about breaking my fast and eating...the past couple of nights have been no exception, every night a dream about eating! has anyone else ever had this happen? i don't think it's from god telling me to break my fast yet, i think it's just weird stuff cuz that's what most of my dreams are

I would take it as a metaphore. The food is God's word. I think that is when the devil see a way in. You should ask God for a clear answer on what He wants you to do. I never had these types of dreams when I am fasting but I bet I have them this time.... erinyes,lol.

I did have a eating dream last night. In my dream I was not doing so well and the devil was in my head telling me you knew you could not do this from the begining. Every single thing Iwas fasting to overcome the devil was telling me you know that problem still gone be there when you get done. I was so close to giving in I do not remeber if I did or not. I was so happy when I woke up and it was a dream. I felt like I was failing God in my dream, I felt so weak. I laid down most of today, that is what I do when I am fasting I pray and sleep (when I get hungry). I was not hungry though I was just afraid of giving in to temtation so I layed down. Once I got up I was realized this is not my power I am relying on but God's power, so I can do it. So you can understand my fear I have never did a fast for this long and when I tried every single time I failed. I would eat something by mistake or I would give in. To get myself prepared for this one I have been doing partial fast. God is good I did well. I pray I do well, I just have to reember how great God is. I pray whomever is fasting in God's name overcome and is successful.
