And if so, can anyone suggest some good protein to eat after working out?

Thanks guys!

Ice Cream flavored whey? Ok............
I do like whey and oatmeal mixed togather. Mmmmmmmm....Maple & brown sugar oatmeal....

Here's one(requires a blender; which is a very good investment:p):
Handful of frozen fruit, 1 banana, 3-4 eggs or whey protein or both(not that there's any need for both), water. Mix and drink! You don't even taste the eggs. It's breakfast on the go!

Maybe I should be posting this in the other thread...

You're welcome to agree or disagree :)

It was recommended by my coach and my sport physiology book.
It also never did me any harm ;)
Sugar has no nutritional value.

Sure you replenished your glycogen stores, but at the cost of stopping any fat melting process due to the insulin spike it created.

Good complex carbs work just as well without stopping the fat melting process.

If your not looking to reduce bodyfat, I guess one could eat sugar to their hearts content.
