Peanutbutter Cookies! YUM!
1 cup Peanutbutter
1 cup sugar
1 egg
1 tsp Vanilla Ext!
Mix well spoon out in 1in balls
Gently flatten /w/ Fork!
bake 8 to 10 Min.
AWESOME EASY recipe!

I LOVE peanut butter.... but i can't take eggs ... is there a way to substitute the egg for something else? I'd very much like to try my hands on making these... they sound delish!!

Wait, I don't understand. There's no flour in these cookies?! How can you bake them for 8 -10 minutes? It's just peanut butter and sugar.

ya it works out really well, even without the flour. dont ask me how, but it works...try it! you'll see!

Wow! Substitute Splenda for the sugar and you have a fabulous low carb, sugar free cookie. I've got to try this!!!!
