they say there was not a tornado in my area. i have never ever heard the wind that loud though. we ran upstairs and brought the kids down and turned on the tv (we did not lose power or cable) and watched the weather radar showing the storm and it went really fast - it only took about 25 to 30 minutes to pass through here. the initial wind burst at the front of the storm as it hit was the worst. the wind was howling and screaming it seemed like.
