Dying

My Grandmother is dying from a brain tumor, I just thought it would be nice is others would pray for her. She's a Christian and has been a Christian her entire life, she's less than 60 years old. I don't know pray for health, pray for heaven, pray that my family can have strength through this.

Gracious Father loving Saviour, I come to your throne of grace lifting up this dear precious soul's grandmother. Lord I ask that you comfort this precious sister on everyside and strenghten and encourage her heart today. Lord we none know when we will be called out of this world into eternity but we thank God, we thank God that this dear soul has prepared to meet you. Lord we ask that you touch this grandmother and take away all pain and discomfort And Lord we ask that you comfort this family and if any be lost that you begin a work in their hearts Gracious Lord . Open their eyes to the truth of your word , bring them to the knowledge of your saving grace . Father comfort this grandaughter's heart , strenghten her Lord, and Lord w e ask that you have your will and your way in each heart and each life and we give you all of the glory for it all, in Christ's name we do pray amen and amen

Friend , God bless you for your compassion and concern for your grandmother and all of your family . May I ask have you been Born again ?

None of my imediate family hold Christian beliefs and neither do I in a sence. I follow the path of Thelema and Scientific Illuminsim, but I believe that Christianity has valid and fundemental truths. I do accept Jesus in a sence but not the same way that Evangelists do. My Grandmother has always been Christian though and I thought that a prayer for her would help. Thank you.

ps... when you said "comfort this grandaughter's heart" were you refering to me? I hope not because I'm a boy... and that would make me grandson.

Now you said that most of your family were not christian and that you werent either. Friend let me ask you, if God would call your soul out today into eternity, do you know , do you know where you would spend yours?

God's word tells us in the Book of John chapt. 3

And Jesus answered him saying" ye Must be Born again to enter into the kingdom of God"

Friend the Lord said ye MUST BE BORN AGAIN to enter into God's kingdom.

In the Book of Revelations chapt 20 verse 15 says, whosoever was not found written in the Lamb's Book of Life was cast into the lake of fire.

Friend anyone who chooses to die in their sins without Christ will perish, and that includes you or anyone else...What about your family?

Does that not concern you that if they die in their sins they will perish as well?

Friend God is ever faithful to His word.

He does just what He says that He will do

There is a price to pay for rejecting the saviour , for by doing that, one is choosing to serve satan, to live in wickedness.

Think about that my friend. Do you truly want to serve satan?

surely not my friend, surely not.

God Almighty loves you and cares about you and your entire family

God does not wish that you or any of them perish and He made a way that all of you might be saved.

Christ died for all.

you , me everyone my precious friend.

Oh how He loves us all, and He loves you so very much.

Just think my friend, Jesus Christ died for every sin you have ever commited...He paid your sins debt in Full..

Paid in Full by the precious blood of the Lamb.

friend let me ask you, do you believe that Christ died for your sins and that he arose the third day?

for that is what God's word declares to be truth. to be TRUTH.

And God does not lie nor can He lie.

God tells us to choose who we will serve

Now my friend God is once again extending His mercy and grace for you and calling you to repentance.

And as I told you His word says we must choose who we want to serve.

so friend I ask you, who do you choose to serve today, a righteous and Holy God who loves you and who has done all that you might be saved and not perish, or a liar and a deceiver, who only hates you and only wants you to perish.

friend I pray that you obey the Lord and be saved. you may never get another chance to be saved again, for God's word tells us, " seek ye the Lord while he may be found, call upon Him while He is near"

God loves you cares about you and is here calling you to repentance.

come while the spirit of God calls.

Just bow your head and ask God to forgive your sins and invite the saviour, Jesus Christ into your heart to live and be your saviour.

Amen to that. There was a point at which each Christian made a conscious decision to trust in Christ alone (God the Son) to be their sinbearer and to get them to Heaven one day, without any good works or promises of their own. As a Christian, there was a point in time when your grandmother made that decision.

I am sorry for the pain you must be feeling over your soon parting. She is going to a wonderful place. I pray for you and your loved ones, that you would also make the decision that she once made. One day you will then be reunited, for eternity.
