How many of you would join a thread where we had a tottaly inexperienced party, seeking glory and riches, and they don't start off with overwhelming magic and weapons? We would journey around and complete quests, but with no main plot. Since this is a stupid idea, please critique.

Sweet dumb idea! I think a comedy story would be the best! What would be funny is if somehow they had to end up saving the world and they don't have the slightest idea how to do it! You know, just walkin' down the road and then, BOOM! This angel comes and gives them a vision or something like that. Maybe not, but I think this idea sounds like a hoot! Don't know if I would join though. I'm a little slow to jump into these games considering the time aspect.

Wow, the scary thing is I wasn't even thinking about Monty Python when I wrote that thing. :o

I probably won't join simply because I've got enough games going on. But this idea was actually made into a game, wasn't it? Are you implying that you would make a new game like this?

Idea 1: Goblins jumping on all the pillows, so no one can get any sleep as part of an evil banan conspiracy to make himself king so he can eat peanutbutter jelly bagels all day, and they also have baseball bats and football cats. The heroes must find a way to stop the monsters from succeeding in their plan for some reason. Oh, the banana makes everyone work in the bagel mines
Idea 2:
Lizard dogs in giant hats, so no one can see where they are going and keep tripping over lizard dogs. Then the lizard dogs bite them and give them dog diseases. The lizards run away and no one can find them because they live in the sewers and alligators and ratdogs live there so everyone is scared to go down there but the local legendary heroes know that hunting lizard dogs is beneath them so they subcontract to a couple of inexperienced idiots. Also part of a banana conspiracy.
