Drooling kitties.

I have 8 kitties and only a few of them drool.

It is another way they "mark" you as their territory. Kind of like when a tom cat sprays his territory.

Except the drool is more an affectionate way of marking.
I think all of us would prefer drool to urine! ;)

Also if your cat ever kneads on you, or playfully bites or nips you they are showing their affection for you.

Drooling can be a sign of a medical problem if they dont stop drooling, or if it is in massive amounts. You could tell the difference because there would be so much it would be like they plunged their face in water, If there is that much drool take kitty to the vet.

Otherwise just feel "grateful" that your darling kitty has laid claim to you as theirs exclusively. :p

It is sort of gross, but no worse than a dog licking your face. :)

Yep, drooling and kneading...that's what she does. Well, I guess I should look at the bright side and realize that's how much she's devoted to me.

Pet saliva is just slimy and wet. I don't get why people let their dogs lick them in the face, on the lips. AAAHHH GROSS!
